About the Event
CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS: NATURE’S BEAUTY
Five Deuces Galleria is excited to announce our May 2024 Call for Artists “NATURE’S BEAUTY”. We invite artists to immerse themselves in the wonder of the natural world and share their unique interpretations through art.
Nature, in all its breathtaking forms, has long served as a muse for artists seeking to capture its sublime essence. Artists are encouraged to explore the diverse facets of nature, including but not limited to landscapes, seascapes, flora, fauna, rivers, streams, and natural human interactions with the environment. Submitted work can go beyond the obvious by embracing unique interpretations, abstract perspectives, and unconventional views of nature.
Join us in celebrating the splendor of nature through the boundless creativity of art. Let your imagination soar as you capture the beauty that surrounds us in every leaf, ripple, and horizon. We look forward to experiencing the wonders of nature through your art.
10% of the entry fees from this show will be donated to “Keep Pinellas Beautiful”
All mediums are welcome: painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, and more. This exhibit, in the main gallery, will be promoted for viewing and sale throughout the month of May. Further details and dates can be found below. Cover photo credit due to Donna Oglesby
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Tuesday, April 16, 2024 11:59pm
We are using CloudFolios to assist in curating the show. If you don’t already have an account, you can set one up (free) during the submission process.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Open to all mediums of art by artists who can coordinate a local drop off & pick up of any unsold work.
- All submissions must be original works of art created by the artist.
- All work must be for sale.
- All accepted artwork for the exhibit must be ready to hang.
- Submitted and accepted artwork should be priced equivalent to what you would sell it for on your own. If an artwork sells during the exhibit the curators will work with you to replace it, thereby offering you additional sales opportunities.
